Dear NHGCSA members and friends,

Welcome to the new and improved nhgcsa.org!

It gives me great pleasure to announce the opening of the New Hampshire Golf Course Superintendents Association’s newest networking tool!  Our apologies for the longer-than-expected delays!  This has been quite an endeavor for all involved, and a more time-consuming, arduous task than originally expected.  It’s our hope that all who visit and use this resource find it to be beneficial. 

NHGCSA Members,

One of the Articles of Agreement at the inception of NHGCSA was to encourage the free exchange of ideas and experiences among members.  Utilizing the technology of the Information Age, our new website will be the conduit for the flow of information among our members. 

This is YOUR website.  Hopefully it will meet your needs as a benefit of being an NHGCSA Member.  We’ve heard what members have asked for and also tried to anticipate the day-to-day uses of this site and feel that those needs will be met.  Our goals were to provide information that is relevant and easily accessible, as well as provide instant accessibility to the latest NHGCSA activity details. 

This website will be administered in-house through our executive secretary.  We have the access to update the information found within it and we intend to use this as THE main vehicle for correspondence and the exchange of information.  The objective of this project will always be to provide current information that can be used by the members to help them at work.  So, if there is something missing, or something that isn’t needed, we want to know so we can make those improvements.  Please utilize the Members’ Chat Forum, or contact me with your comments so we can make these changes.  Keep in mind that this website will continue to be updated and improved.  Most of the data is accurate, but not everything is perfect.  There are several features that are new to us, and we will need time to get used to them.  

On one hand, the design and launch of our new website is finished.  But on the other hand, this is really just the beginning of the modern NHGCSA era.

I’d like to say thanks to Chris Gaumnitz of Members First for some quality customer service and tolerating my last minute change requests.   And a very sincere “Thank You” to our own Chris Nagy, NHGCSA Administrative Secretary.  Building the framework of this website was the easy part.  The real work was to up-load all of our membership-specific data within its pages.  Chris Nagy has been the driving force responsible for the updating and transfer of this information which, believe me, was no small job.  Chris, I would like to offer my personal thanks, and again on behalf of the board and members.
